At Espace Garden Design, I work with discerning individuals who want to invest in their gardens and create something truly special.

Many of my clients already have ideas for their outdoor space but don’t have the time or desire to navigate the complex world of landscapers and designers—or to figure out what’s needed to bring their vision to life.

I take the time to listen to your ideas, then work closely with you to create a clear design brief and help you visualise the finished garden. My goal is to make your garden a beautiful extension of your home.

I offer a flexible, tailored range of services—from full design to planting schemes and border designs. For those looking for quick inspiration, I also provide one-off consultations to refresh and revitalise existing gardens.

There are no fee surprises; you’ll know all fees upfront, and once your design is agreed, I collaborate with you and your landscaper to ensure your project runs smoothly and stays on track both time-wise and cost-wise .

I am based in South West London covering Wandsworth, Putney, Wimbledon, Earlsfield & Fulham.

Jane Aliband BA(Hons)

I have 20 years experience working within the world of design in garden, fashion and interiors.

I grew up in Paris, near the Bois de Boulogne, where balcony gardens were part of everyday life and one of my earliest inspirations. My passion for design first led me to London to study for a BA in Fashion Design, before working as a fashion buyer. A move to Sydney gave me the chance to work alongside internationally recognised interior designer Thomas Hamel, where my love for interiors and gardens truly took root.

After qualifying in Garden Design at Capel Manor, Regent’s Park, I began combining everything I’d learned to create outdoor spaces that feel personal, stylish, and welcoming.

I take the time to listen and understand how you want to use your garden, then turn those ideas into a space that feels like a natural extension of your home.

With me, you’re not just getting a garden designer—you’re getting someone who truly cares about creating a space that reflects your lifestyle and brings you joy every day.
